Job duties:
1. Responsible for preparation work, equipment examination, acceptance and commissioning of the solar farm before the grid connection;
2. Responsible for team building and training of operation and maintenance personnel;
3. Responsible for handover work with the project department following grid connection;
4. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance, and overall management of the solar farm;
5. Responsible for formulating equipment ledgers, rules and mechanisms, equipment inspection system, and inspection forms for operation and management, and providing operation guidance, assessments, etc.;
6. Conduct operation analysis of the solar farm, and strive to achieve zero defects;
7. Responsible for the electricity report for the power company, calculating and examining the on-grid electricity volume, and settling electricity bills with the provincial power company to ensure receiving subsidies in time.
Job requirements:
1. Work experience (high-voltage electrical operation and inspection and maintenance): Over 3-5 years engaged in the electrical operation, maintenance, repair and overhaul of thermal power, hydropower, solar farms, enterprise-owned power plants, 110KV, 20KV, and 330KV substations; and familiarity with the electrical primary and secondary high-voltage operation, maintenance, repair and overhaul. Non-electrical (boiler, steam turbine, chemical water, hydro turbine, wind turbine, etc.) operations will not be considered at this moment.
2. Qualifications: College degree or above in electrical-related majors; comprehensive technical knowledge; familiarity with local power companies and provincial/local government authorities; and obtained industry certificates (100% operation and maintenance staff are qualified with certifications). Candidates with an electrician certificate issued by the local Vocational Skills Appraisal Center or who work for a company with high voltage operation and grid connection permit issued by the State Electricity Regulatory Commission can receive training and obtain the certificate after joining the Group. Load dispatch certificate from provincial/local load dispatching units, safety permit from provincial/local safety supervision bureaus and other relevant qualifications are preferred.
