Xinyi Haikou Project constructed the "Agricultural-PV Complementary Demonstration Base" in Qiongshan District, Hainan Province. The project has an installed capacity of 300MW and an annual power generation of 230 million kWh, equivalent to saving about 70,000 tonnes of standard coal and reducing CO2 emissions by about 190,000 tonnes annually.
The Xinyi Xiejiaji project is the world's first large-scale floating solar farm project, which was connected to the grid in March 2016, with an installed capacity of 70MW and an annual power generation of 93.25 million kWh, equivalent to saving 28,000 tonnes of standard coal and reducing 77,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions every year.
The Xinyi Fujian Nanping Songxi project has an installed capacity of 30MW. It was connected to the grid in March 2015, with an annual power generation of 32.45 million kWh, which can save 10,000 tonnes of standard coal and reduce 27,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions every year.
The project, located in Fanchang County, Wuhu City, Anhui Province, has a total installed capacity of 60MW. Considering the annual sunlight hours of 1,300 hours, the annual power generation of the project can reach 78.97 million kWh. The project combines fishery and PV power generation, using water resources under the photovoltaic panels to cultivate aquatic products to realise "power generation on top and breeding below".
