Xinyi Glass Increased Its Stake in Xinyi Energy by 774,000 Shares for Two Consecutive Days

(28 October 2022, Hong Kong) - Xinyi Energy Holdings Limited ("Xinyi Energy" or the "Group"; stock code: 03868), a leading non-state-owned solar farm owner and operator in the PRC, announced that its shareholder Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries ("Xinyi Glass") increased its stake in the Group by 726,000 shares and 48,000 shares at an average price of HK$2.000 and HK$2.045 per share, respectively, on 25 and 26 October, amounting to 774,000 shares in total. As such, Xinyi Glass now holds around 442 million shares of the Group, about 5.93% of the Group's issued shares.

Xinyi Energy Signs First HK$800 Million Sustainability-Linked Loan with DBS Hong Kong
